Falcon Cos. forms restaurant advising division

Dallas-based Falcon Cos., which has operated Falcon Realty Advisors LLC since 2002, has waded into the restaurant industry with a new division. Falcon Restaurant Advisors, which started in October, will be a one-stop shop for restaurateurs looking to purchase or sell a site, build or renovate.
